The Volunteen project is currently a one-year pilot project aimed at young people aged 10-18 and up to 25 for young people with SEND. With plans to apply for further funding to extend the project.

The Project aims to develop youth volunteering and social action projects in the North Lincolnshire area, while also working with organisations that already provide such opportunities for young people. The project continues to be a success with ERVAS and has been for a number of years.

We are currently working with young people networks and creating discussions with young people at youth clubs, youth and school councils. The discussions allow us to understand what the young peoples volunteering sector is like and what we can do to develop it.

Our first project is just about to launch in Ashby called the Keep it Green project Ashby which aims to work with young people to create an all inclusive community garden for all young people.
