Monday 16th March 10am-12pm @ The Shores Centre
Many people care deeply about Withernsea — but caring doesn’t automatically mean action is taken.
Join us for this 2-hour interactive session facilitated by Gemma Wardell, bringing together people who may not usually work alongside one another, but who share a commitment to the community.
Through a hands-on creative challenge, participants will experience what it’s like to collaborate in real time, noticing how trust forms, how decisions are made, and how leadership naturally emerges when no one is “in charge.”
The session uses practical tasks to explore how groups can move from individual passion to collective action. Participants will then apply these insights to a simple community initiative, considering how a more connected, collaborative approach could support positive change in Withernsea.
This session is not about fixing problems or making formal commitments. It’s about connection, shared learning, and testing what’s possible when people who care come together with openness and curiosity.
It’s designed to be engaging, energising, and genuinely useful and your input into this shared vision is welcomed and valued as we work together in Withernsea.
To book your free place email us at info@confidentfutures.co.uk and we’ll send you the invitation 😊
