Here at Community VISION, we recognise that financial constraints can result in ‘gaps’ in what charities and voluntary organisations within the East Riding and North Lincolnshire can achieve. We endeavour to provide access to a range of goods and services on a fee basis so that you don’t have to support the costs of purchase and/or staff training for a little used resource.
Some of the services which we can help with include the following –
At Community VISION we are able to support your organisation by providing a virtual office service.
This is the perfect solution for charities or organisations that don’t need access to an office, but still want to present a professional image, without needing to publicise your home address. We have addresses available in Beverley, Bridlington and Scunthorpe.
This service starts at £10 per month. If you require post forwarding to you, there is an additional charge of £1 per item (plus the postage charge where applicable).

We can provide a range of office services to support the VCSE sector. A sample list is provided. Please request details of costs.
- Photocopying; A3/A4, single or double sided
- Scanning
- Laminating
- Spiral Binding (eg. Small booklets/information packs)
- Use of the A3/A4 paper guillotine
- By appointment, FREE Access to a cross-cut shredder. For data protection purposes, you must shred your own documents and take your waste home with you, so please bring bags as required. Larger quantities of shredding can be done by specialist companies who charge a collection fee along with a nominal fee per bag (usually 15-16kg each) cost. There are several local ones which you can find on the internet

Please be aware that services may vary between our office locations, please state if you would like to access these services from Bridlington, Beverley or Scunthorpe.
We have access to a range of equipment to aid your workload. A sample list is provided but this is not exhaustive. Please request details of costs.

Community VISION provides a DBS checking service for volunteers and paid staff in the VCSE and all sectors.
We are able to provide rooms for hire within our offices. Our facilities are suitable for a wide range of users – from training courses and meetings to one-on-one counselling sessions. We can provide a projector or TV screen, flipcharts, and full internet access as part of our service, as well as organize refreshments and lunches should you need them (at cost).
