Comic Relief Launches “A Place to Belong: Every Step of the Way” Fund

Comic Relief has launched a new funding programme, “A Place to Belong: Every Step of the Way,” aimed at supporting organisations that help people feel connected, included and supported within their communities.

This programme focuses on tackling loneliness, isolation and exclusion by funding projects that create safe, welcoming spaces and build strong relationships—particularly for those facing disadvantage.

💡 What the Fund Supports

Grants are available for organisations working to:

• Create inclusive and welcoming community spaces
• Support people experiencing loneliness or social isolation
• Build stronger connections and a sense of belonging
• Provide long-term, relationship-based support

The fund is particularly interested in work that supports people who may be facing poverty, discrimination or other barriers to inclusion.

• Grants are expected to support multi-year projects
• Designed to create sustainable, long-term impact

• Expressions of Interest (EOI): 12 noon BST on Thursday, 30th April 2026
