In this interactive and reflective session facilitated by Gemma Wardell, we will explore the core elements of effective leadership and how you can have a powerful impact on your community. This session is designed to engage both current and emerging leaders, helping you understand the role you play in shaping a shared vision for Withernsea’s future.

Whether you’re already in a leadership role or preparing for one, this workshop will offer valuable insights, inspiration, and practical steps for personal growth and community impact. Join us and take the first step toward leading with purpose.

What to Expect:

  • Discover your leadership journey – Reflect on where you are now and where you want to be as a leader.
  • Create a shared purpose for Withernsea – Collaborate with others to define the values, vision, and impact you want to see in your community.
  • Build your leadership bridge – Identify the steps, qualities, and supports you need to become the leader you aspire to be.
  • Leadership as service – Learn about the power of self-awareness and how leadership is rooted in service to others.
