Small community organisations across England can now apply for funding through the Grassroots Grants programme, delivered in partnership with People’s Postcode Lottery.
The programme offers unrestricted grants of up to £2,000 to help local groups continue making a positive difference in their communities.
Who can apply?
Eligible organisations include:
- Voluntary and community organisations
- Registered charities
- Community Interest Companies (CICs)
Applicants must have an annual turnover of less than £25,000.
What can the funding be used for?
The funding is flexible and can support a wide range of activities and costs, including:
- Core running costs
- Staff and volunteer training
- Community events and activities
- Equipment purchases
- Wellbeing initiatives
- Arts and crafts sessions
- Projects supporting vulnerable people and local communities
