Organisations across the Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) sector are invited to attend the next East Riding VCFSE Safeguarding and Domestic Abuse Forum, taking place online via Microsoft Teams on Thursday 1 October 2026, from 10:00am to 12:00pm.
The forum provides an opportunity to hear the latest updates, share good practice and network with colleagues from across the sector. This meeting will include presentations on Families First, Best Start in Life, and the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), alongside standing updates from safeguarding and domestic abuse partnerships and boards. Attendees will also have the opportunity to share updates from their own organisations and services.
Whether you work directly in safeguarding or have responsibility for protecting children, young people or adults at risk within your organisation, this forum is a valuable opportunity to stay informed and connected.
