Some older people struggle with the digital world, and are disadvantaged as a result. They have to rely on relatives to do their supermarket order. They miss out on family chat in WhatsApp and speaking to grandchildren in other parts of the country.

AgeUK Lincolnshire Digital Champions are ordinary people who volunteer to help the isolated and excluded to reconnect to the world outside their window.
