Celebrating 20 Years of Dedication at Community VISION

Community VISION proudly celebrates two exceptional members of its team, Judith McKelvey and Ann-Marie Massey, as they mark 20 years of dedicated service.

Since starting with us in 2005, both Judith (formerly joining us from East Riding Voluntary Action Services (ERVAS) Ltd) and Ann-Marie (formally joining us from Voluntary Action North Lincolnshire (VANL) Ltd) have been instrumental in shaping the organisation’s mission of supporting communities to thrive. Over the past two decades, they have brought warmth, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to every project, leaving a lasting impact on colleagues, service users, and partners alike. They have even seen through the merger of ERVAS and VANL to become Community VISION as we are known today.

Judith, known for her calm leadership and deep community insight, has played a key role in developing inclusive programmes that empower local voices. Ann-Marie’s passion for partnership work and tireless energy has been the driving force behind many of Community VISION’s most successful initiatives.

Chief Executive of Community VISION, Sian Broughton, said:
“Judith and Ann-Marie represent the heart of our organisation and the wider voluntary sector. Their loyalty, innovation, and belief in people have made Community VISION what it is today. We are honoured to celebrate this milestone with them.”

As Community VISION continues to grow and adapt to the needs of the future, it does so on the strong foundation built by team members like Judith and Ann-Marie. Their 20-year milestone is not just a celebration of time served, but of the lives touched, the challenges overcome, and the vision shared. This celebration also continues from us celebrating Detty Tyler reaching her 20-year milestone in November 2023 starting the trend of long serving staff members that make up Community VISION’s experienced team today.

Congratulations, Judith and Ann-Marie — and thank you for 20 incredible years.
