Check Your Boiler – Important Product Recall

Humberside Fire and Rescue Service is alerting residents to a product recall affecting certain Ideal Heating Logic 2 Combi and System boilers.

Why this matters:

Boilers with a production date of prior to the 8 January 2024, may have a fault that can cause overheating and pose a fire risk under certain conditions.

What you should do now:

• Locate your boiler and find the model and serial number (usually on the boiler label).

• If your boiler is affected, follow the manufacturer’s safety guidance and contact Ideal Heating or your landlord to arrange the free recall service.
