CYP VCSE Organisations – Children and Young People (CYP): request for information about your VCSE service

Dear Colleagues

We hope this message finds you well. As part of the Humber and North Yorkshire VCSE Collaborative, we are committed to ensuring that the VCSE sector is included as an equal partner in planning and delivering health care for our population. One of our key priorities is to focus on Children and Young People (CYP), and weare keen to understand the services offered by the VCSE sector across Humber and North Yorkshire.

Our goal is to develop a consistent community service offer across Humber and North Yorkshire and to facilitate stronger connections between health and care sectors and VCSE organisations. To achieve this, we need your help to gather key information about the services provided by your organisations related to CYP.

We are specifically interested in details such as who commissions your service, the support your service offers, operating times, referral criteria, client numbers, and whether you monitor service delivery and impact. The data collected will help us to support ICB system planning and the integrated coreoffer transformation programme.
