We’re sharing an important request from Charity Finance Group (CFG).

CFG has launched its 2026 Charity Banking Survey and is inviting charities across the UK to take part. The survey gathers insight into charities’ experiences with banking services — what’s working well, what challenges remain, and how banking providers can better support the sector.

The findings will help CFG advocate directly with banks, regulators and government to improve services for charities nationwide.
