We’re asking for your help to make sure every voice in our community is heard.

The Digital Inclusion Survey 2025 is now live, and it aims to capture people’s real experiences with internet access, devices, and digital skills. For many, being online is essential for work, healthcare, education, and staying connected. But for others, barriers such as cost, lack of confidence, or poor connectivity continue to get in the way.

By encouraging your group members, clients, and service users to complete the survey, you’ll be helping to:

• Identify the barriers people face when it comes to being online

• Highlight the types of support that are most needed locally

• Shape future services and opportunities that promote digital inclusion
