Kyra Women’s Project Brings Wellbeing, Neurodiversity and Employment Workshops to Beverley

Women in Beverley and the surrounding area are being invited to take part in a series of supportive workshops designed to build confidence, improve wellbeing, explore neurodiversity and develop employment skills.

York-based charity Kyra Women’s Project is bringing its outreach programme to the Armstrong Centre in Beverley, offering a welcoming space for women to connect with others, learn new skills and access practical support.

Kyra supports women who may be experiencing isolation, emotional vulnerability or challenges in their lives, helping them make positive changes through opportunities to talk, connect and grow.

The Beverley programme will run across four dates between November 2026 and January 2027, covering topics including neurodiversity, employment, confidence, self-care and personal development.

A Supportive Space for Women

Kyra Women’s Project provides support centred on women’s experiences, recognising that personal circumstances, wellbeing and confidence can all influence someone’s ability to move forward.

The charity welcomes individuals who were assigned female at birth, or whose gender identity is female, gender-fluid or non-binary, and who are seeking support based on and through the female experience.

Participants can attend individual workshops that interest them and do not need to attend both sessions on the same day.
