Neighbourhood Network is inviting women to join its next Menopaus’ull Café on Friday 13 November 2026, offering a welcoming and supportive space to talk openly about menopause.
The informal session provides an opportunity to share experiences, discuss challenges and connect with others navigating menopause over a cup of tea.
