🚶♀️💜 Looking for a friendly chat, some fresh air and a chance to connect with others? The Menopaus’ull team is inviting local people to join them for a relaxed Walk & Talk session around Beverley Westwood.
Taking place on Saturday 6 June at 9.30am, participants are asked to meet at the Old Windmill, Beverley Westwood (HU17 8GE) before setting off on a gentle walk around the Westwood.
The Walk & Talk sessions are designed to provide a safe, supportive and welcoming environment where people can connect with others, enjoy gentle exercise and share experiences of the menopause journey. Whether you are looking for companionship, a listening ear or simply an opportunity to get outdoors, everyone is welcome.
The sessions offer a relaxed and informal space where participants can discuss the highs and lows of menopause, meet others who understand what they are experiencing and enjoy a few laughs along the way.
