Neighbourhood Health & Care Partnership Sessions – Across North Lincolnshire

VCFSE organisations and community partners are invited to take part in a series of Neighbourhood Health and Care Partnership sessions. These will bring local partners together to share insight, data and lived experience; explore community assets, venues and opportunities; and begin shaping how we work together with a focus on prevention and early support.

The sessions are aimed at colleagues who work closely with local residents, who support people with advice, wellbeing, care or social needs, and who are involved in prevention or community-based support.

The format is the same at each venue, so you only need to attend one 2-hour session — ideally the one aligned to the area you work in. Capacity is limited to one representative per organisation per session.
