Third sector organisations looking to grow their workforce and develop future talent are being encouraged to explore specialist apprenticeship opportunities from CERT CIC. Designed specifically for charities, community groups and social enterprises, the programmes help organisations recruit new apprentices or upskill existing staff and volunteers.
A range of apprenticeships are available, including:
- Fundraiser Level 3
- Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3
- Business Administrator Level 3
- Governance Officer Level 4
- Customer Service Practitioner Level 2
Training costs are heavily supported through government funding, with up to 95% of training costs covered for most employers. CERT CIC also provides support with recruitment, funding applications, paperwork and apprenticeship delivery, making the process as straightforward as possible. Additional employer incentive grants may also be available for eligible apprentices.
