VCSE Sector Invited to Join Humber and North Yorkshire ICB Webinar

Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations across the Humber and North Yorkshire area are being invited to take part in an upcoming online webinar exploring the future role of the NHS Integrated Care Board (ICB) and how the sector can help shape local health and wellbeing priorities.

The HNY ICB – VCSE Sector Webinar will take place online on Thursday 2 April, from 1pm to 3pm, bringing together partners from across the voluntary sector and the health and care system.

The session will provide an opportunity for VCSE organisations to hear directly from ICB leadership about the direction of the Integrated Care Board as it transitions into its role as a strategic commissioner within the NHS’s new operating model.

Attendees will also be able to learn how the VCSE sector can influence priorities within the health and care system, explore opportunities to collaborate with NHS partners, and understand how community organisations fit into areas such as neighbourhood working and family health.

The Humber and North Yorkshire ICB covers a large and diverse region, working with partners across health, social care and the voluntary sector to improve population health and reduce inequalities.

This webinar is open to all VCSE organisations, whether they are already delivering health and wellbeing services or are interested in exploring how their work could contribute to improving outcomes for local communities.
