You are invited to Stepping Up – Leading in Withernsea

Time: 10am-12pm

Venue: The Shores Centre, 29-31 Seaside Road, Withernsea

Purpose:
This workshop is designed to bring together community and charity leaders in Withernsea who feel called to make a difference. Whether you’re already leading or simply passionate about supporting others, this session will help you see yourself as a changemaker—equipped with practical tools, renewed confidence, and a strong local network.

What to Expect:
We’ll begin with informal networking and shared reflections on what change we’d love to see in Withernsea. Through storytelling and group activities, we’ll explore the internal barriers that often hold us back—like self-doubt or feeling “not ready”—and learn how to reframe them.

You’ll leave with:

• Tools to build confidence and take small, meaningful steps forward.
• A clearer sense of your influence and where to focus your energy.
• Connections with others who care deeply about Withernsea’s future.
• A chance to shape what future sessions should look like.
